ROOFING: Shingle tear offs, three tab, dimensional, and specialty shingles. Single-ply flat roofing, repairs and insurance work. Roof deck/joist repairs/replacements.
SIDING: Vinyl, aluminum, cedar and cement board. Air infiltration barriers and wall insulation upgrades. Architectural trim boards, accent pieces, and custom work. Repairs and insurance work. Shutters, window borders, and porch posts/columns.

GUTTERS: Our own seamless aluminum 5” and 6” heavy gauge gutters. Custom leaf covers including water shed type, and stainless steel micro mesh screening. Gutter cleaning and repairs.
INSULATION: Attic re-insulating including loose fill and batt style.
RENOVATION: Interior/exterior painting and staining. Interior trim work and demolition. Framing and basement work. Garage make-overs including insulation, drywall, and cabinets.
DECKS: Deck make-overs and new decks. Composite and cedar. Power washing and re-sealing.
EXTERIOR SPRUCE-UPS: Power washing and clean ups. Shingle algae treatments and washing. Asphalt drive re-saturation.
OVERHEAD GARAGE DOORS: Repairs and replacements.
SKYLIGHTS: Installation and replacement including framing and insulating. Sun-tunnel and light refractory type skylights.
VENTILATION: Roof deck and soffit ventilation. Power attic ventilators including solar powered units. Bathroom and kitchen exhaust and ducting. Sheet metal chimney and “B” vent replacements.
